We extract discrete features from real-time video using the latest algorithms in AI and computer vision. Conveniently, our core engine can be customized and applied to many industrial machines which generates heat / movement patterns such as injection moulding, vacuum infusion, etc. Such equipment is frequently found in the food industry, automotive, medical & pharmaceutical, agricultural and electronics industries. Our solution has been successfully piloted in a few manufacturing companies in Europe.
Thanks to recent progress in electronics, AI market has started the transition from running AI models on dedicated on-premises/cloud-based solutions to low-cost, privacy-respective, bandwidth-, and latency-friendly embedded solutions. Our AI engine is developed based on recognizing this change and moving in line with the transition. Our compressed models are sent to the edge in the manufacturing company, no internet nor cloud connection is needed.
Our solution can be delivered as a service to digital twin and predictive maintenance companies. The mentioned companies could directly benefit from discrete features extracted from RGBT video streams. We can extract data which can not be extracted from normal discrete features.
