ccLEAP OEE MACHINE MONITORING
ccLEAP is a system for collecting, storing, processing, visualising and alarming signals from different machines and lines. It allows the possibility of connecting different protocols and systems, OPC, Fanuc Focas, Siemens, etc. For data collection we connect directly to PLC controllers, if such solution isn’t possible, we provide custom controllers and sensors. Collected signals on temperature, pressure, vibrations, alarms when exceeding set thresholds are processed in real time and visually displayed. Advanced machine utilisation analyses, pereto failures and congestion, efficiency analysis, OEE analyses are collected in one place and accessible via a web portal or information point of the wall monitors.
ccLEAP DIGITALLY SUPPORTED MAINTENANCE
The implementation of automated maintenance includes the management of assets under maintenance, review of documentation and service procedures, periodic preventive and curative maintenance, maintenance scheduling, review of material inventory management, recording of hours and materials used for maintenance. The possibility of alerts and review of indicators (average time to clear a blockage, time between breakdowns, reaction time, etc.) via the web portal, desktop or mobile application.
ccLEAP MES
A complete MES system with the possibility of integration with external modules and ERP systems. We provide hardware and software that allows to enter outputs, categorize rejects, quality measurements, inspection of shifts, breakdowns, and congestion in production, VDA dispatch, EDI, management of human resources and their competences.
DIGITAL TWINS
For DigitalTwins we are using Simio simulation environment. We have an experiences in building both DigitalTwins as well as production line optimization models.
IPR/License
Windows server license, Windows SQL license for bigger companies provided by customer, no other dependencies. Price varies according to the size of the company and provided solutions.
For simulating, there is need for additional simulation software license in some cases.
